Attendance at CAIC may qualify for:

  • RECO Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) Credits

The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) has approved the Canadian Apartment Investment Conference as a course eligible for mandatory continuing education credits.

    NEW RECO REQUIREMENTS!

Effective immediately, a new procedure for receiving RECO credits will be administered. You may obtain RECO credits for attending CAIC provided the following criteria are met:

    1. full-day attendance

    2. signing in at the beginning of the conference

    3. signing out at the conclusion of the conference

Please visit the RECO desk which will be located in the registration area to sign in and out. At the conclusion of the conference, your attendance will be verified against the attendance list. If full-day attendance can be verified, a Completion Certificate will be issued and mailed to you within 2 weeks following the conference. The number of MCE credits can then be included in your Declaration of Continuing Education for submission to the RECO office.

If you neglect to sign in and out, we regretfully cannot verify your full attendance and therefore cannot issue a Completion Certificate.

Your RECO registration number will be required to receive credits. If you have not already done so, please submit your number to Maria Encarnacion at 416-512-3807 or mencarnacion@mmart.com
