The 8th annual Montreal Real Estate Leasing Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 6 at a new location - Palais des congrès de Montréal. This is a result of the closure of the Delta Centre-Ville hotel.
Executing an effective leasing strategy is of critical importance to both owners as well as users of real estate space. And yet, the leasing negotiation and transaction process continues to produce many challenges and issues for landlords, tenants as well as all the intermediaries and third parties who are commonly involved in this process - including brokers, lawyers, lenders, and insurers.

The Montreal Real Estate Leasing Conference is designed to meet the needs of all the executives who have responsibility for their organization’s leasing strategies as well as all the individuals who play an integral role in the leasing process related to office, industrial and retail space, buildings and property.
