Valuable Insights on Trends and Investment Strategies

 

The 10th annual Montreal Real Estate Forum® will provide valuable insights about this major market and where it is heading from the perspectives of investors, owners, users and lenders. Last year’s conference was sold out with an attendance of more than 710 executives.

The Forum will be an information-packed event focusing on the challenges and opportunities facing asset managers, brokers, developers and other professionals active in the ownership, management, leasing, financing, and marketing of office, industrial, retail and investment real estate in the Montreal market.

 

The Montreal Real Estate Leasing Conference will follow on the next day with a program examining the strategies, issues, practices and trends in the commercial real estate leasing markets. It will meet the needs of all the executives who play an integral role in the leasing process related to office, industrial and retail space and properties.

 

As in the past, IDU Quebec’s Annual Real Estate Evening will be held immediately prior to the Forum, on Monday, March 31.

 

New this year will be the Quebec City Real Estate Forum which will be held on April 2 at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac hotel.  Two special VIA Rail cars will transport 100 attendees to Quebec City shortly after the Montreal Real Estate Forum® ends in the late afternoon of April 1. 

 

Tickets are purchased separately for the Montreal Real Estate Forum®, the IDU Real Estate Evening, the Montreal Real Estate Leasing Conference and the Quebec City Real Estate Forum

 

Note that all registration fees are considerably lower than other comparable events. The conference fees will fit virtually every organization's or individual's budget.
