Refunds & Substitutions:
Refunds will be provided for cancellations in writing prior to
January 30, 2009. A fee of $75 will be applied for the processing
of each refund. We regret that refunds cannot be offered after that
date. However, delegate substitution is permitted up to and
including the day of the event.
