Canadian REITs and REOCs: Stronger Than You Think! According to a recent study by DBRS, most Canadian REITs and REOCs are well capitalized, have balanced debt maturity profiles, and generally have high quality assets which are easier to refinance. That’s part of the insightful story that RealREIT 2009 will examine. Our 6th annual conference will continue to focus on the most compelling trends, issues, challenges and opportunities associated with securitized real estate in Canada. Where are we now in the cycle?
