Canada's Leading ICI Real Estate Conference

Over the past 17 years, The Real Estate Forum has become Canada's largest annual national conference on ICI real estate investment and management issues. The Forum has developed this reputation by offering high-quality speakers on very topical issues at relatively low registration fees.

The conference in Toronto is a national event while the Forums in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Montreal are regionally focused.

The programs are developed with input from a planning committee of senior executives who represent the practitioners in the real estate field.

The principal sponsoring association of all the Forums is the Real Property Association of Canada, with a membership that includes Canada's largest real estate companies, banks, life insurance companies, pension funds, management consultants, ICI brokers, and real estate investment trusts.

Other supporting organizations include BOMA Canada, CCIM, NAIOP, Canadian Commercial Council of CREA, Toronto CREW, RICS, Real Estate Institute of Canada, and Society of Office & Industrial Realtors.

With an attendance of 2,169 in 2007, The Real Estate Forum in Toronto has become a powerful, information-packed, two and a half-day event focusing on key issues and challenges facing executives responsible for the acquisition, management, financing, and marketing of commercial, industrial, and investment real estate assets.

Aside from the conference program itself, registrants in Toronto also attend a high-quality pre-forum reception. Many corporations and associations also hold social functions and meetings concurrently with the Forum.
