Focus on Canadian Office, Retail, Industrial, Apartment, Investment, Development and Credit Markets 5 RECO Continuing Education Credits (REEBA, 2002)


Those who have requested a Completion Certificate(s) will find an orange ribbon affixed to their name badge on site. 

Those who require Completion Certificate(s) and have not yet requested this – please request this by email to Maria Encarnacion at mencarnacion@mmart.com at the earliest convenience.

Completion Certificates – will be issued only to those who are deemed to be present all day, Day 1 and/or Day 2.  Presence will be measured by scanning output reports and based on the times below:

Day 1 – Wednesday, November 30, 2011
Total of 3 scans timing as follows

Scan in 8:10     am latest remain in session until 9.45    am (Hall F/G)
Scan in 10:10  am latest remain in session until 12:35  pm (Hall F/G)
Scan in 1:40     pm latest remain in session until 3:00    pm (A1 Hall G; A2 Hall F)

Day 2 – Thursday, December 1, 2011
Total of 4 scans timing as follows

Scan in 8:05    am latest remain in session until 9:30     am (Hall F/G)
Scan in 9:30    am latest remain in session until 10:40  am (B1 – B5)
Scan in 11:10  am latest remain in session until 12:30  pm (C1 – C5)
Scan in 12:30  pm (lunch) and remain in Hall G or scan in by 1:30 pm latest remain in session until 2:35 pm (Hall G)

Room monitors equipped with hand held scanners will be stationed at each session room – look for people holding RECO signage. 

Although the room monitors will make every effort to remind those delegates wearing a badge with an orange ribbon to present their badges for scanning; we reinforce that it is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that their badge is scanned.

Unless you leave the session early you will not be scanned out (you must leave the room to scan into new sessions based on the times above).  Those who leave the session before the scheduled end time (see above) will be scanned out and if they return scanned back in.  If this relates to you and unless you scan back into the session within a reasonable timeframe a Completion Certificate will not be granted.

Individuals who arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of the first session, absent themselves during a session throughout the day, or leave more than 5 minutes before the scheduled end time of the last session will not qualify for a Completion Certificate.

It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that they adhere to the above.  Any questions in advance of the Toronto Real Estate Forum, or onsite, any questions regard to obtaining a Completion Certificate should be addressed to:

Completion Certificates will be sent to those who qualify approximately 2 weeks after the conclusion of the conference. 

Please note: Any registrant who had requested a Completion Certificate and fails to receive this by December 19, 2011 should advise MMPI Canada (Katherine Radziszewski : katherine@mmpicanada.com) in writing by February 1, 2012 latest. After this date it will be deemed Completion Certificates have been distributed to those who have complied with the above and further Completion Certificates not be issued or re-issued.   MMPI Canada is not obliged to enter into dialogue regarding Completion Certificates for this conference after February 1, 2012.

MMPI Canada is not obliged to enter into dialogue post conference regarding failure to qualify for Completion Certificate(s) for Toronto Real Estate Forum.

This program can be applied towards 9 of the 12 hours of annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) required by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
