Education Credits

Attendance at the Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits. Eight (8) CPD credits will be provided for attending the conference. For more information on how to apply these credits, please go to www.AICanada.ca and log-in with your member credentials.

The Montréal Real Estate Forum will apply under the “Règlement sur la formation continue des avocats” for hours of Mandatory Continuing Education. Please visit this website in the coming weeks for more details.

To be eligible to receive these continuing education hours, please send an email requesting a certificate of attendance after the conference no later than Friday, November 13, 2020. In your email, please include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Company
  • Email address
  • Your arrival & departure time if you are claiming part hours OR
  • Confirmation of full day attendance

    A certificate of attendance will be emailed within two weeks of request. If we do not receive an email with the appropriate information by  Friday, November 13, 2020, a completion certificate will not be issued.

Attendance at the Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for BOMI Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits. 1 credit will be provided for each hour of participation in the Forum. Certificates may be picked at the registration desk the day of the event or requested via email.

This program may be eligible toward the Law Society’s CPD Requirement as Substantive Hours.  Please note that this program is not accredited for Professionalism Hours. For further information, please visit The Law Society of Ontario website – Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Attendance at the Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for the Saskatchewan Law Society Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits. A total of 8 CPD credits will be provided for attending the conference. The 2020 Montréal Real Estate Forum conference has been pre-approved by Mortgage Professionals Canada for 8 CE Units in the Professional Development Category for 2020. Please visit this website in the coming days for more details.

This activity is self-reporting and can be achieved by logging into your account at www.mortgageproscan.ca and clicking on “My Account”, and then selecting “My Activities”.

The organizers of the Montréal Real Estate Forum will submit an application to be approved for continuing education credits in the “Specialized content” category – approval is subject to accreditation program acceptance by OACIQ. Please visit this website in the coming weeks for more details.

Terms and Conditions
In order to receive your continuing education credits, you must participate in the virtual conference for the entire duration. Your OACIQ number must be provided when you register for the event – credits will not be provided without your OACIQ number or if incorrect OACIQ numbers are entered. Post event queries regarding OACIQ must be with Informa Connect by Friday, November 13, 2020 at the latest. After this date, continuing education credits will be not be issued. It is the responsibility of the registrant to adhere to these terms and conditions. Informa Connect is not obliged to enter into dialogue with those who fail to comply.

Any post event queries relating to Certificates of Attendance must be received within three months of the date of the event. Please note that any request OACIQ credits or for an Attestation de participation for the Barreau du Québec must be received within one month of the event.
