Education Credits

Attendance at the Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits. Six (6) CPD credits will be provided for attending the conference. For more information on how to apply these credits, please go to and log-in with your member credentials.

The Montréal Real Estate Forum will apply under the “Règlement sur la formation continue des avocats” for 6 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education.

To be eligible to receive these continuing education hours, please send an email requesting a certificate of attendance after the conference to no later than Friday, June 26, 2020. In your email, please include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Company
  • Email address
  • Your arrival & departure time if you are claiming part hours OR
  • Confirmation of full day attendance

    A certificate of attendance will be emailed within two weeks of request. If we do not receive an email with the appropriate information by Friday, June 26, 2020 a completion certificate will not be issued.

Attendance at the Montréal Real Estate Forum is eligible for BOMI Continuing Professional Development (CPDs) Credits. 1 credit will be provided for each hour attended. Certificates may be picked at the registration desk the day of the event or requested via email to

This program may be eligible toward the Law Society’s CPD Requirement as Substantive Hours.  Please note that this program is not accredited for Professionalism Hours. For further information, please visit The Law Society of Ontario website – Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The Montréal Real Estate Forum has been pre-approved by Mortgage Professionals Canada for 4 CE Units in the Professional Development Category (maximum amount of CEUs for a 1 day event). This activity is self-reporting and can be achieved by logging into your account at and clicking on “My Courses”.

The organizers of the Montréal Real Estate Forum will apply for 6 units of continuing education credits in the “Specialized content” category – approval is subject to accreditation program acceptance by OACIQ.

Terms and Conditions
In order to receive your continuing education credits, you must attend the conference for the entire day. Signing in (between 7:15 a.m and 8:15 a.m.) and sign out (between 4:15 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.) is mandatory. A sign in sheet will be available in the registration area. If you did not request OACIQ credits when registering you must enter your OACIQ number onsite when signing in – credits will not be provided without your OACIQ number or if incorrect OACIQ numbers are entered. Post event queries regarding OACIQ must be with Informa Connect by June 26, 2020 at the latest. After this date, continuing education credits will be not be issued. It is the responsibility of the registrant to adhere to these terms and conditions. Informa Connect is not obliged to enter into dialogue with those who fail to comply.
