The local real estate community, IDU Québec Council and Informa Connect have collaborated to organize the 7th biennial Québec City Real Estate Forum.
The 2020 conference will be held on Wednesday, April 29 at the Québec City Convention Centre.
This year's program will provide insights on the trends, challenges and opportunities in the office, retail, industrial and multi-unit residential sectors in a market that has gained a strong interest among investors.
Why is Québec City economy so strong that it has the lowest unemployment rate in the country at 4 %? Why has there been so much development activity over the past ten years?
Over 500 executives will attend this very informative event – local and national executives who are active in investment, development, management, leasing, financing, and marketing decision-making.
Almost 50 per cent of the attendees will be from out-of-town.
Drawing upon the success of the UDI Real Estate Evening in Montréal, IDU Québec invites all delegates of the Québec City Real Estate Forum to join at a special networking reception on April 28th.
Note that the registration fees are considerably lower than other comparable conferences.
If you have an interest or are active in the Québec City market, then this Forum will provide strong value for you.
