2019: Saskatchewan’s Diverse Economy and Its Impact on the Real Estate Market

The 5th biennial Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum will provide valuable insights on the trends, issues and opportunities in one of Canada’s mid-market provinces – the price of oil notwithstanding.

Chaired by Mitchell Molnar, Chief Executive Officer, Mitchell Developments, the conference will be held on Tuesday, April 30 at TCU Place in Saskatoon.

Preceding the conference will be the Chair’s Reception on the evening of April 29. This ideal networking event will be held in the Remai Modern museum, one of the most innovative and dynamic new additions to downtown Saskatoon.

You will learn the up-to-date story about the diversity of the Saskatchewan economy and what lies ahead, the major trends in the Saskatoon and Regina real estate markets, and how they are performing from a leasing, development and investment perspective.

The last edition of the Forum was held in Regina in April 2017 with an attendance of over 525 real estate executives with 30% of attendees being from across Canada.

The program will offer a wide range of speakers, presentations and panel discussions on the economic drivers in Saskatchewan; the key trends in the office, industrial, retail, housing, investment and development markets; the pricing and availability of financing from the credit markets; and municipal planning and growth management policies affecting development.

The Forum will be targeted at the interests of real estate executives, brokers, developers, investors, asset managers, and other professionals active in the acquisition, leasing, financing, management, and marketing of office, industrial, retail, and multi-unit residential real estate.

The Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum will help you determine what strategies to follow for 2019 and beyond.

We sincerely hope you will take advantage of this informative event.
