Over the past few years we have received numerous requests for meeting and hospitality space during the week of the Real Estate Forum in Toronto.

From 2016 we are meeting this need by offering premium space at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in the South Building. Close enough to the Forum to be convenient, far enough away to allow privacy.

Between November 28 – December 1, meeting rooms will be available for 2 hour slots (longer than 2 hours may be available upon request) for meetings and events, promotional symposium, product/service launch and/or reception.

We are also offering a range of solutions, ranging from hands-off meeting room rental rates to full event management services.

Basic – $2,500

The Basic solution is ideal for those that do require a complete self-managed event and includes:

  • Choice of four time slots:
    7-9 a.m., 10-12 p.m., 1-3 .p.m., or 4-6 p.m.
  • Basic AV:
    • Podium
    • Microphone

Premium – $3,500

The Premium solution ideal for those that do not require assistance with event coordination but would like to show PowerPoint presentation. This option also includes a host or hostess to welcome your guests and be on site for any assistance that you might require.

  • Choice of four time slots:
    7-9 a.m., 10-12 p.m., 1-3 .p.m., or 4-6 p.m.
  • Enhanced AV:
    • Podium
    • Microphone
    • Screen
    • Projector
  • Onsite RealMeetings Host/Hostess

VIP – $4,000

The VIP solution has been tailored to those that would like RealMeetings to provide full event coordination.

  • Choice of four time slots:
    7-9 a.m., 10-12 p.m., 1-3 .p.m., or 4-6 p.m.
  • Choice of Theatre Style or Rounds set-up
  • Enhanced AV:
    • Podium
    • Microphone
    • Screen

  • Pre-Event Coordination:
