Registration modifications and cancellations must be advised by email and include your full name, organization and confirmation number.
Modifications & Substitutions
Modifications and substitutions are accepted at no charge on or before November 26, 2019. After this date modifications and substitutions will be subject to an administrative fee of $75.00. This fee will also apply to modifications and substitutions completed on-site.
Cancellations & Refunds
Registration cancellations received on or before November 26, 2019 will be refunded 80% of all fees paid. After November 26, 2019, refunds will not be made for cancellations or no-shows.
Please note that speakers and the program are subject to change without notice. By attending this event, you may be the subject of still photography or videography which is used by Informa Markets for purposes of promoting future events. By attending, you agree to grant Informa Markets the right to use your likeness in any photographic or video coverage of the event. Please note that recording (sound only or video) of speakers and presentations at this event is prohibited. Attendees must be 19 years over. By registering for this event you agree to all of the above policies. We thank you for your understanding.
The purchase of a Global Property Registration and/or Real Estate Forum registration is for use by the person whose name appears on the name badge only. Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
We regrettably advise that lost badges for the Global Property Market Conference and the Real Estate Forum will incur a full replacement fee onsite of:

Full 2 day – $690
Day 1 only – $510
Day 2 only – $510
This does not apply to name changes at badge pick up which will incur a fee of $75 onsite (these fees exclude HST).
Visa Information & Letters of Invitation
Pertaining to the Real Estate Forums and Conferences in Canada; Informa does not issue formal Visa invitation letters, supporting letters, nor correspond with embassies regarding entrance to the country or attendance at the selected event. Electronic Travel Authorization – Visa Exempt Foreign Nationals
Visa-exempt foreign nationals are expected to have an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to fly to or transit through Canada. Exceptions include U.S. citizens, and travellers with a valid Canadian visa. Canadian citizens, including dual citizens, and Canadian permanent residents are not eligible to apply for an eTA.
