Blake Asselstine joined Beedie in April of 2012 as Director, Leasing, overseeing the leasing of Beedie’s industrial portfolio after having spent the previous nine years with a leading international commercial real estate brokerage. In August of 2018, Blake took on the leadership role of Beedie’s Asset Management group, overseeing all aspects of Beedie’s income producing property (IPP) portfolio which currently comprises 12.5 million sq. ft. across Canada. In his current role as Vice President, Asset Management, Blake leads the Property Management, Leasing, Tenant Improvement, and Service and Warranty teams in strategic planning for the companies industrial portfolio together with the growing mixed use development projects. Prior to joining Dollarama, Jeff spent the previous 13 years with Lowe’s Canada, joining in 2007 to start the store network expansion of the Lowe’s Home Improvement brand in Canada.
