The Western Canada Apartment Investment Conference team is offering attendees preferential rates at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown and Fairmont Pacific Rim.
Please see below for a list of negotiated hotel rates available between March 30 - April 1, 2020. Quoted rates are subject to limited availability. We recommend to book at soon as possible.
The aforementioned rates are guaranteed for attendees of the Western Canada Apartment Investment Conference only. By making a reservation using these preferred rates you are confirming that you are registered to attend the Western Canada Apartment Investment Conference. Informa Markets reserves the right to adjust any reservations to standard rack rate or remove the reservation from the Western Canada Apartment Investment Conference room block if, following audit, it is evident that the reservation is held on behalf of someone that is not planning to attend the Forum.
Regular cancellation policies apply. Please refer to each reservation link for individual and specific cancellation policies.
A one night non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
Before confirming hotel reservations with other providers please read the warning below regarding unauthorized approaches that you may receive (scroll down below the map of hotel locations for the warning).
INFORMA DOES NOT WORK WITH OUTSIDE COMPANIES FOR ATTENDEE HOTEL ROOMS
Informa Exhibitions is aware that unauthorized housing companies (called hotel “poachers”) every year contact registered attendees offering cheaper rates at hotels in Informa’s Vancouver Real Estate Forum hotel block. The poacher rates are usually quoted in US$ and initially appear less expensive.
Often when the attendee arrives at the hotel – the hotel is already sold out and has no record of the reservation.
This practice, also known as “room pirating” is a scam that all attendees and exhibitors should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information. Hotel poachers will claim to be an Informa, Vancouver Real Estate Forum “partner” or the “official housing company” and will ask that your room be paid in full in advance of the convention. We work directly with the hotels for the Vancouver Real Estate Forum and reservations can be made directly with the hotels via the respective websites. Beware of and report any unauthorized solicitations to Katherine Radziszewski via email.
Should you require a change in your hotel reservation, please contact the respective hotel directly and they will be able to assist you.
Please note individual hotel cancellation policy when you are making your reservation.
