An In-Depth Examination of the Surging Multi-Unit Residential Market

The 3rd annual Western Canada Apartment Investment Conference will bring together owners, managers, developers, investors and lenders to provide valuable insights into the multi-unit residential market.

This very focused, one-day conference will examine major trends, issues, opportunities, and strategies in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver’s multi-unit residential market.

The industrial and apartment markets continue to soar as the two most favoured asset classes across Canada. What are the major factors behind this growth? How sustainable is it?

Uniquely tailored, the Western Canada Apartment Investment Conference program has been designed to offer the strongest possible value to owners, managers, developers, investors and lenders.

The program will provide valuable insights in some major theme areas:

  • How much investment activity is the multi-residential asset class experiencing?
  • Income and net asset value improvement strategies for large and small owners
  • Insights into new purpose-built rental development strategies
  • Financing sources and trends for construction and debt
  • Niche market opportunities

This event takes place the day following the Vancouver Real Estate Forum and is organized by the producers of these events with input from apartment owners, lenders, brokers, and valuators.

In keeping with the strong reputation of the Forums, the conference will present high quality speakers on very topical issues at a relatively low registration fee.

Enhanced opportunities for networking will be available throughout this year’s conference. CEOs, CFOs and other senior executives of large and small firms that own apartment buildings will be joined by public and private equity investors, pension funds, financial institutions, lenders, commercial real estate brokers, lawyers, accountants, appraisers, and other specialists in real estate finance and valuation.

We hope you will take advantage of this very informative event.
